1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MediaBridge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MediaBridge is a macOS application that provides media processing tools for video, audio, image, and PDF files. The App processes files locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for most features.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the Apple App Store terms and conditions.
4. Free and Pro Plans
- Free Plan: Provides access to all 48 tools with a daily limit of 3 file operations per day.
- Pro Plan (Lifetime): A one-time purchase of $19.99 USD that removes daily limits and unlocks unlimited batch processing, parallel job execution, full playlist download support, and free lifetime updates.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not use the App to process, download, or distribute content that you do not have the rights to use.
- Comply with all applicable copyright, intellectual property, and content laws in your jurisdiction.
- Take full responsibility for any content you process or download using the App.
6. Video Download Feature
The Video Download tool allows you to download media from URLs you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to download and use the content. MediaBridge does not endorse, facilitate, or encourage the downloading of copyrighted material without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of MediaBridge and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaBridge and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All file processing occurs locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data.
11. Third-Party Content
The App may interact with third-party services (such as video hosting platforms through the Download feature). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
